About Phillip A. Cooke
Mr. Cooke has practiced in Yuba City for over 45 years. He and his wife, Nancy, of over 45 years, have four children and 13 grandchildren, all of whom remain a priority.
He also coaches youth soccer leagues year round and has done so for over 25 years.
Mr. Cooke has specialized in litigation of cases that have interested him. His case load has included all aspects of personal injury and death cases, whether on the job, involving products liability, governmental liability, or routine, or unusual truck, car or motorcycle collision cases. Because he practices Insurance, Malpractice, Worker's Compensation and Social Security law, he can help any injured victem in all aspects of their claim.
Mr. Cooke has also handled cases involving Business Disputes, Real Estate issues, Inverse Condemnation, Malicious Prosecution, Consumer Disputes, and Fraud.
He is admitted to practice before the Federal and State Courts in California, to the Court of Claims in 1978, and to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1975. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and of the American Association for Justice.
