What to do about keeping in soccer shape

With the shelter in place order and with needing to wear masks in public it's probably difficult for most of you to keep in soccer shape. However you certainly should go to a park with your soccer ball and go through the exercises that I have previously recommended which include toe taps,lobatta, rollovers, scissors, pullbacks and reversals, spin modes, big kick fake's, and any other moves you like to work on. I also highly recommend that you juggle for at least 100 juggles. We don't know when we will be able to get back together as a soccer team but if you will do these activities at least a couple of times a week you'll be better prepared to resume soccer.
